Thursday, April 25, 2013. Just came from exercising and eating protein first! Back to taking my vitamins and drinking more water. I would love to hear what other banders eat! Friday, June 22, 2012. 1 I have a zit just inside my nose and I think I should be excused from work until it heals. Who in the world would be able to concentrate on creating a new look for marketing when distracted by a nose zit? 2 I have not worked out with Mr. Muscle for two weeks, because of my mini-vacation and working out of town. I think he was missing me and showed that by kicking my ASS last night.
A personal journey to health and wellness. Thursday, October 4, 2012. I am so close to less than 200, which is extremely exciting for me! I have been actively exercising and started strength training this week. I have been doing at least a 3 mile walk daily- on Tuesday I did 1. 5 of that as a jog and today I jogged the whole way! I am not going to be an active runner, but it is coming so much easier now than it has before. Monday, September 17, 2012. Just had to share! I ordered a large size winter jacket.
