The Mike and Julie Tanner Family Blog. We had a great summer full of traveling, camping, boating, riding motos, reunions and just having fun being together. Saturday, April 4, 2009. This was such a special day. She had so many people come that love her, even her grandparents from Nevada were able to come. Allie is such a special girl. She always tries so hard to do what is right. I am so grateful to have her in our family. She teaches me something everyday. I must say, that she looked so beautiful in her special dress.

The freedoms we enjoy in this country are not free, nor will they ever be. Many things have happened this year that cause reflection. My brother Brian came out of the closet, just to name a couple of those things.

Monday, February 24, 2014. So, so HAPPY for my big SISTER! My older sister, Christine, was introduced to Jeff by his brother who lives in her ward. Jeff lives and works in Arizona. but they started communicating through email at first, then phone calls and texting and then visits. Jeff and Christine have been dating for about a year- Jeff usually flies to Dallas for the weekend to be with Christine and her family. So, on December 14 they got engaged! Jeff and Christine on the night of their engagement! .

Tuesday, November 24, 2009. It was a beautiful day with the my Family. First started out with Breakfast in bed. Then off to the Japanese Gardens. It was a nice day. When taking the pictures we were a bit freezing. That is why Tanner and Daddy were wearing their coat. I really tried but this pic turned out really nice. The kids hands were very red and my toes were frozen. At the Japanese gardens they give a map for kids to find all the neat statues, fish, and artifacts.

Wednesday, February 26, 2014. Today, for the first time Calvin said the word NO! I am so excited because he has shook his head, or he would scream but not actually say the word.
