For those who may be experiencing withdrawals from not hearing about my menus for so long, for our Saturday Supper this week I fried some pork steaks, fixed some fried potatoes and made Lamar some cream gravy. Maybe not the healthiest of meals, but it sure was good.

I want to apologize for not making this post sooner. My life has been turned up side down, with both wonderful and not so great happenings. My father was very ill in February and then both of my sisters were placed in a nursing home the first part of March. We are meeting on April 30 with my attorney to finalize details.
I heard we are to have 2 more weeks of the white stuff. This past week has been one filled with birthdays. We celebrated her birthday today. I will post pictures when I get copies from my kids. I had my small camera today, but the batteries went dead. Bummer! Sunday, January 24.
