Allsorts 462 - Be there or be square. Good Morning, hope you all had a good Easter. It is my turn to host the challenge over at Allsorts this week. There is no catch in the title of this challenge I just used a very old saying that was popular in my late teens. a very long time ago. Be there, or be square. Σαν ριζότο αλλά με κριθαράκι. 1 μέτριο ξερό κρεμμύδι ψιλοκομμένο. 1 φλυτζάνι τσαγιού λευκό κρασί. 100 γρ φέτα σε κυβάκια. Σε βαθύ τηγάνι σοτάρουμε το κρεμμύδι στο ελαιόλαδο. Προσθέτουμε το κριθαράκι και ανακατεύουμε για μισό λεπτό. Σβήνουμε με το κρασί και αφήνουμε να εξατμιστεί.
