Tuesday, April 1, 2014. Days 13, 14, 15, 16. Day 13 - Rest. Im really good at rest days. Day 14 - Run. Went for a 30 minute run. Felt big and slow and sluggish. Again. I hate that . I know its only 1 day a week with the running but id like to start feeling stronger and lighter. My back hurt on the run too. I went slow, even stopped to crank out 25 pushups, and powered through.
