Sunday, July 17, 2011. Not another try, just some pics. If Im not busy. So Leslie and I recently took our crew to the beach, and survived the trip. Im going to try to post a few good pictures of the children on here, just in case they ever try to claim that we never took them any place! We all had a wonderful time, and missed Burton who could not be with us due to short notice of the trip. We do hope to see him soon though. With love in my heart. Monday, January 10, 2011. Sunday, October 31, 2010. Simple yet very tasty vegetarian meals! I have discovered some amazing recipes in the last month that I would love to share with all of you! My brother introduced me to this first recipe. It is now one of my favourite meals. I serve these falafels in a wrap or pita with a variety of chopped vegetables and tahini dressing.
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather, to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, strawberries in the other, body throughly used up, totally worn out and screaming - Woo Hoo - What a ride!
