Thursday, November 16, 2006. East Kenya has been having severe rain lately and now refugee camps are cut off by floodwaters and many of the camps are now inaccessible. In these refugee camps are somalis who have escaped from being recruited to fight the war in Somalia. The Kenyan government is allowing only aid agencies to help carry supplies to these refugee camps. Many resident have lost their belonging and makeshift homes have been destroyed.
