We went back and forth between biking or hiking and finally just decided to do bikes. Why not? Barely lifting my hands here. Yeah, now Ive got it!CONTENT

Monday, December 29, 2014. With the holidays coming up, I KNEW I wanted to feel good, so the Monday before Thanksgiving I went to get some fluid removed. 5ccs, I did fluids for a couple of days which is protocol anytime you have an adjustment. Everything seemed fine and I was hopeful, but by Thanksgiving evening, I was in pain again. The next day was Tuesday, December 9, 2014.
