Monday, September 24, 2012. At school just like at home Logan loves to make people laugh. We went to several of the high school basketball games this winter to watch Coach Tim play. My boys LOVE Tim, he helped Scott coach their basketball teams last year. My kids also loved getting to get popcorn and candy from the concession stand. Jaden with Coach Mike and Couch Scott.

Saturday, February 1, 2014. 25k Into The Clouds. Last weekend I ran the Orcas 25k just under 16 miles, up to the top of Mt. Constitution. It was lovely. Really hard, but lovely. The weather was perfect, the trails were amazing with the exception of the 2 miles up the power-line ridge - imagine 2 miles straight up the side of a mountain, and the view at the top was simply breathtaking. Here are my mile-by-mile memories of the Orcas 25k. Mile 1 - Uphill, right out of the gates. Advil Advil. Advil.CONTENT
