Monday, August 20, 2012. Once upon a time, a long time ago, I promised to devot an individual blog to each child. I started first with Maedi, and now I am finally following through with a post about our golden child. This is an aptly entitled post as he has a golden smile to match his golden curls, which of course set off his cool blue eyes. Well, when I first drafted this post the date was June 2011. While sometimes one day feels like a lifetime, it now feels like last year was a lifetime ago.
Sunday, August 28, 2011. Brooke, Hayden, Ava. Lots of grandkids at the pool. Happy Sunburned 4th of July! Cameron took some soccer lessons this summer. She was pretty good! She dribbled the ball and could do all the skills they asked. I love watching soccer so I hope she continues to enjoy it. Brooke likes to be a witch.

Monday, June 22, 2009. I crossed the finish line! Next up.Twin Cities 10k. They dont have a half marathon, and I could not talk my work buddies into the 10-miler. Anybody else interested? I think it sounds like a great way to put your foot in the water.and I hear the course is pretty challenging. I may have talked Jay into it.and maybe Rachel Thiele? Springfield Armory was set up in 1794 and for about 170 years it was one of two main places in the US to manufacture and store various arms and weapons for the military. An exhibit on national parks - where will we travel next? Sam had fun making this paper cannon. Equipment for automating some of the manufacturing of rifles. And the best part - getting his junior ranger badge! Eleanor and Franklin Roosevelt.
