Monday, June 22, 2009. Well we decided to get away for a night to the Hilton Hawaiian Village on Sat night. We had it all planned out, 1 night at the hotel, check out and go look at some homes in Hawaii Kai and Kailua. Then return home Sunday evening. We had so much fun, we decided to return to the Hilton on Sunday and stay for 1 more exciting night. From the lobby of the Hilton. 31st floor was up there. Race due to the 13.

I did 50 pushups with my perfect push-ups and 50 sit-ups. My knee is still a little swollen so I am keeping it wrapped and icing it. I hope I can keep up the exercise. The knee feels pretty good when I walk on it. So far the hip has been fine. It sucks to get old.
