Monday, April 19, 2010. Being in San Pedro, Belize has drastically opened my eyes to what life really is for most Belizeans. I know I have stated it before, but I am still blown away by how simple and adaptive the people are here. Knowing what there is out there, it still saddens me by how little the people have here. Fra Galapagos til Granada på en dag. Fire fly, en infisert sandwich og magesjau. En lang dag før vi var fremme på Hotel Con Corazon. Vår grisefikser var hoteldirektøren, som tente i vinkel på ideen sist vi bodde hos han. Hotellet drives på en 0 profitt basis. Hans hadde skaffet en flott gris, umiddelbart døpt Bacon av reislederen. Vi var fortsatt 25 mil, en dag og noen utfordringer unna fadderbarnet. Når noen kommer inn på et hotel med en gris under arme.
