Wednesday, August 11, 2010. At the end of last week I felt that they had gotten a lot out of our sessions. After spending yesterday watching them I. That they got a lot out of our sessions. Today is our last day of teaching and I will miss working with this enthusiastic group of teachers, but I am also looking forward to getting home and seeing my family. Thursday, August 5, 2010. Best day by far! Everything seemed to fall into place. I presented the Differentated Instuction lesson slated for Secondary teachers and we covered Balanced Lieracy. Because it is cloudy and raining it is remaining quite comfortable. Barbara and Leslie are going great things with their group as well. I really felt good about this day. Sunday, August 8, 2010. The first week was very interesting and rewarding. The educators really appreciated the information we shared with them. Fourteen of us have just enjoyed a relaxing weekend in Caye Caulker and will begin making our way back to our districts. The people have truly been warm and welcoming. Saturday, July 24, 2010.
Tuesday, August 10, 2010. Today was the first day of workshops for the primary and secondary teachers. The Learning Coaches that Greg and I worked with last week are facilitating workshops for primary teachers, while Greg, Peggy and I are working with secondary teachers. Peggy worked with teachers on Cooperative Learning, Greg lead discussion forums and I focused on Differentiated Learning. It was a wonderful day! Sunday, August 8, 2010.
