This blog was created to keep friends and family up to date on my battle with Inflammatory Breast Cancer. Diagnosed in February 2010, I now join the ranks of 12M Americans who are also cancer survivors. Maybe my story will help others know they are not alone. A Mother and her Two Daughters. But today is a special day, so I feel inclined to write an update. Today I celebrate my two-year CANCERVERSARY. My tumor markers came back perfect.
Wednesday, October 5, 2011. 4 months since the last update. Well life is GREAT! I could not complain one bit. I could not be MORE BLESSED! Well since the last post summer vacation, among other things. We went on vacation to Wisconsin Dells, WI, the water park capital of the world! We had a ball at an indoor water park called Kalahari! Every year, we go peach picking in South Carolina. She was a big fan of the delicious peaches. Cora got to check out a watermelon by hanging out with her Boo and Pop. Mom and baby peach sharing.
