Sunday, March 20, 2011. I made an important phone call the other day. I ramble, have poor hearing. Even though texting is often rife with misunderstandings, I find it really difficult to talk to someone without reading facial cues and analyzing their body language. I guess I ramble in all forms. On Tuesday 9 September 2014 I facilitated a discussion for people of color on lateral violence, as part of a workshop series organised by the Women of Colour Collective at University of Melbourne. Its been a fun ride over the last year and a bit, but lately I feel like my heart isnt in it - and Id rather quit while Im ahead. There have been quite a few times over the last couple of months when I thought about winding up this blog only to hear a friend say, all my old housemates in Holland read it.
