Monday, October 15, 2012. Rigging and Digging My Way Out. It has been quite awhile since I have written anything in this blog. I must admit I have mixed feelings about it sometimes. Although I find it very therapeutic to write I also find it very difficult to let all my deepest darkest secrets go out into the universe. Like everyone else, I have a hard time admitting that I am not as perfect as I try to pretend to be. It was time for me to start looking for my own place.

Reflections on teaching and learning from preschoolers. We had a bee hive at kinder. He showed us all the things that bees make not just honey and wax, but broccoli and carrots and apples and almonds. Forty percent of our diet depends on pollination by bees. They take 120,000 hives to Shepparton to pollinate the Victorian almond crop. The teachers and parents were just as fascinated as the children.
