I participated in the Chrome Turds for Gold Shoe Exchange. A few months ago, sent off a pair of old shoes and a few weeks later got a nice brand new pair of Chrome Kursk. Shoes back in the mail. I can spend an hour picking out new shoes, trying on every different brand in the store.

Monday, July 25, 2011. Holy crap, am I glad. Unfortunately I was unable to keep the updates running throughout the week due to the fact that my computer hates the Colorado mountains. That being said, I love them! There were some definite highlights, but none more spectacular than cresting the summits of some of the highest rideable passes in the state.

Yeast Infection, what is it? Alright, normally grapefruit are crushed etc, then it is left for a x period of time to mature. This maturing process is what is known as the fermentation stage. Can you see the connection here between the two. We know a yeast got to be what it is through fermentation.
