I REALLY dont know how i managed that this week lol. this week was half pmshalf period. my cravings and appetite were outlandish. but i got myself together the last two or three days. plus yesterday i drank FOUR liters of water instead of two haha. and of course still taking all the vitaminssupplementscolon cleanser etc. sooooo, i dont get it but im happy about it! Friday, February 19, 2010. After all my guilt-strickening food choices this week, i am down two pounds!
