Thank You For Waking Me Up! Therapy Attempt Take 2. So Graham basically dragged me to the clinic yesterday. The lady I talked to was fine. I dont entirely know how to feel about it yet, mostly because I have to actually meet the therapist they pair me up with. I dont know if anyone even checks this anymore. Dealing with some health issues that really took the wind out of me, and is still taking some time to work through. Motivation has been the biggest problem. I know what I need to do. but the motivation to do it has remained stagnant.
