Beautiful and Cute Cakes! Over the years I have made all sorts of cakes. Recently, I learned how to use Fondant but I still prefer to use Buttercream on my cakes. I am also teaching myself how to make sugar flowers. Some of my fave cakes. Saturday, January 23, 2010. I specialize in the old-fashion style wedding cakes, but I have done some more modern too. These are all buttercream iced cakes, not fondant. The cake is all buttercream and the couple provided the fresh flowers. Teal Hearts and Cornelli Lace.
