It cant be rocket science I am sure. This is a fantastic bike on the pavement. Not so good though when the pavement ends. Hence the need for the new BMW GS1200 Adventure. My good friend Andy was able to borrow a couple of machines from work. It is a nice perk for being the parts and service manager at a dealer. Eric, Lionel and Andy. Summit 800X, M8, M1000. The M100o was certainly the best climber, but it seemed that we all preffered any of the other machines for handling.
Too much snow for the machine or the rider? Rental outfit replaced the Pro-X 800 with the Rev 600 after it blew a hole in the chain case. Turned out that the 600 was much more fun. No oil in chain case-no go. Trail side stop -beer and burgers. Just getting ready to leave the rental place. Here is the lame Pro-X.
