Here are the finished bars. 2 Cups Organic Quick Oats. 12 cup seeds I use Sunflower. 1 Cup Chopped Nuts like Almonds. 1 12 Dried Fruit. 14 Cup Chia Seeds optional. 12 tsp sea salt. 12 Cup Raw Organic Honey. 12 Cup Peanut Butter. Stir constantly till well combined. Bake for 25 mins.
