Mull and Iona ; May 23rd to 30th. Friday, 14 August 2015. Gannets in the mist. Each year we rent a beach chalet at Bridlington and each day we travel from York with the grandchildren. Wednesday was brilliant weather,. But Thursday was a bit cooler. We stayed later on Thursday night in the hope of seeing the spitfires, but sadly they did not appear over Bridlington. I took these pictures of gulls on the beach whilst we waited. It was too late to hand the key back so I went to Bridlington to hand in the key.
