Tuesday, October 26, 2010. Its been a long time! Why is it so easy to make excuses? Why is it so easy to say tomorrow Ill start eating healthy again? Why did I start eating not healthy again? How do I convince myself that I need to change now, not next week? I will be honest, I have gained back about 25 lbs. Im not too pleased with myself but I cant be too hard on myself.
