Has been a part of the Collingwood community since 1996. Located on the corner of Joyce Street and Vanness Avenue, across from the Joyce Skytrain Station, Bamboo Café began as a simple coffee house, sporting about 500 square feet. Over the years, as the Collingwood area began to develop, the Café decided to take on many exciting changes. In early 2009, Bamboo Café expanded and underwent a major restaurant makeover.
