ES PISANG IJO VERSI 2. Es Pisang Ijo ini merupakan versi kedua yang saya buat, setelah sebelumnya saya pun pernah membuat es serupa ini. Perbedaannya terletak pada bagian kulit yang berwarna hijau, dimana versi pertama merupakan cara termudahnya yang dibuat dari kulit dadar, sementara yang ini harus melalui proses pemasakan dan pengukusan terlebih dahulu.

Setelah adonan roti atau donat diisi dan dibentuk sesuai selera, segera masukkan. Awal2 jadi bakul kue, donat yg jadi produk andalan. Kemudian dari bahan dasar yg sama, saya variasi menjadi donat pisang coklat. Ada kesalahan di dalam gadget ini.
