We try very hard to avoid artificial colors, flavors, etc, but like most kids, my children are always drawn to colored foods! 12 cup whole wheat pastry flour. 12 cup barley flour. 12 cup oat flour. 2 14 tsp baking powder. 34 tsp baking soda. 1-2 tbsp sugar, optional. 2 tbsp red powdered beet root.CONTENT

A sweet mix of cookies, cakes and Christ. My husband and I have been so blessed by so many great friends while living in Okinawa. Living so far away from the states, you lean on each other more and friends become just as close as relatives. I miss all of them dearly.
