Sunday, August 16, 2015. Welcome to First Grade! My name is Miss Steimel and I am looking forward to meeting all of you, my students, and starting this school year! Now, here are 10 things to know about me. I come from a large family. I am the youngest of five children, and I have 3 nephews and 2 nieces. My youngest niece, Emma, is starting 1st grade this year! My favorite animal is a horse. Someday I will have one of my own. I enjoy the outdoors, and like to go walking and hiking often.
Here are a few things about me! I have a very big family and friends who I love to spend time with. Christopher will be in 3rd grade this year and Alexander will be a 1st grader! Thursday, March 26, 2015.

In science, we have learned about our earth, the moon, and the sun! Below you will see a picture of the students making a play-doh model of the earths layers.
