Ive never tried stollen before so I was excited to make this bread. I only used half of the almond paste, so with the other half I made Coconut Almond Macaroons. Yum! Coconut Almond Macaroon Cookies. 12 cup egg whites, room temperature. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract. 1-7 oz box Odense Almond Paste, grated. Happy .
