Sunday, April 22, 2012. 12x12 13.1 is complete! Today I ran the Oshkosh Half Marathon which was my 12th half marathon in 12 months. It was a great way to end the streak. It was perfect weather although there was a did bit of wind 42-50 degrees and a flat, scenic course! I enjoyed the course. Scenic and flat. When is a flat course not enjoyable? After than I started to pick up the pace since I wanted to finish UNDER 200. I felt strong through it all and my last 2 miles were around 845. I am qu.158.CONTENT

Occasionally we get to go outside and get wet. We are not blessed with lots of fun white water here in the South West but what we have is good and clean. We spend alot of our time instructing both kayak and canoe. Most of our work is with young people and sometimes we teach adults. This is our other main activity in that it occurs after most paddles and tends to be in local hostelries. Local to where we are paddling.
