Thursday, December 10, 2009. Thanks to an iPod, I finally got the much-needed encouragement to start running again and hopefully lose some weight. Running around the neighborhood is not that bad. My parents used to run in the early morning but eventually got disgusted by loads of plastered on the pavement. Lucky for me I havent encountered any. Still watching out for the dog poo. The new norm will be either making sure I prepped before church or I make something that will be ready when we walk back through the door.
