Saturday, October 30, 2010. I love making wassail at Halloween. I make a big batch every year and just heat it up in the microwave when ever I want. It never lasts long but tastes so much better than anything from a can. 1 gallon real apple cider. 2 teaspoons each of whole allspice, and whole cloves. 2 three inch sticks of cinnamon. Good, and oh so comforting.
I was ugly today but i looked cute doing it. Much like in my last post.
Empty handed but alive in your hands. but before I start my highlights I must review what the weekend held for us. Saturday we drove up to Dillard, GA and spent the day with my dad and stepmom. Sunday afternoon the students came over and hung out. Monday we spent the day looking at houses then had dinner with mom and Jim.
