Monday, August 25, 2008. Its Monday morning and Im back at work. I had a pretty good experience with my triathlon on Sunday morning. Saturday night, I slept in the guest room so that I could get some good uninterupted sleep. I was up at 430am and left the house at 500am so I was glad to have slept well. Check-in started at 530, then I got my transition area set up and just relaxed and stretched for an hour until it was time to head down to the beach. We put Jack down for his afternoon nap, then I fed.

Wednesday, June 24, 2009. I try to look at all the trials that we go through as a learning experience. I really think every thing happens for a reason. I have learned through resent trials that you need to stay close to your family. Your family is always their for you no matter what. I have learned to draw closer to my family and spend more time with them because at the end of the day, they are the ones who stand by me. We have had so many girls nights lately and its so much fun! She is my best friend.
