Monday, November 7, 2011. On Saturday the agency that I work for had an adoption celebration. So G and I headed down the road to celebrate. We then ate hot dogs and painted a picture of what adoption meant to us. Gizatu said it means we are a family. The boy said it all. Friday, November 4, 2011.
The LaBonar Family is growing again. We are currently pursuing adoption from Ethiopia, Africa. This site is to keep family and friends updated. Thursday, May 26, 2011. Ok finally an update and a prayer request. Well where to even begin! The plane ride home was HELL! I have never heard another adoptive family own up to it so I am regardless. Perhaps I should not scare those of you who have not returned but. It was GOD awful! He has something odd going on with his liver enzymes.

Tuesday, May 21, 2013. Welcome May and occasional nice weather! Having V at our house has definitely kicked things into high gear. She has been staying with us for almost 4 months now! She is really part of the family! Each day has struggles of its own as far as Kepler and V getting along and getting out the door to school on time. Two kids bathed, dressed, fed and out the door by 700AM is harder than it sounds! I guess my point is, life is difficult and busy but beautiful. We are so proud of his big h.CONTENT
