May 21, 2008 in May 2008. I think most of you know the neat story behind how we got our house and how the timing was perfect. We wanted a good deal and we got it without trying really hard. The offer was actually offered to us. We didnt completely unpack when we moved here so we have a heads start on the packing this time around.
