Tuesday, February 19, 2008. Wednesday, September 05, 2007. According to a friend, Rabih Mroue is as good as it gets when it comes to Lebanese theatre. Although I know nothing about theatre, I enjoyed seeing a play by him when I was in Beirut. It dealt with how ordinary people became caught up in the sectarianism of the civil war - a topic normally avoided in public discourse, so the piece had been subject to censorship.
