Sorry for the delay in updating about Emma Kate. It is much more difficult to take time to gather thoughts and type this time around. Simply because Emma Kate is a child and not a baby. Even though she has slept quite a lot since her surgery was complete it is difficult to leave her side.

Jack had his yearly work-up with Dr. Su on January 29th, 2018. I count my lucky stars that we have been able to consistently see the same Card since before Jack was even born. That kind of comfort is inexplicable. Jack of course chose the holter. But that deal means he has to do labs next year. So- now he knows its coming for sure.

Jake really got into the holiday spirit this year. He especially loved all of the decorations. It was so cute seeing how excited he was over Christmas. So that is great news as well.
