No alchohol or diet beverages. Basically veggies, fruits, nuts, water, whole grains which I havent eaten because I cant figure out what you are supposed to do with pasta and bread without meat or dairy? And some oils like olive oil and vinegar on a salad. Day two was great! And I will be cutting WAY back on th.CONTENT
