Tuesday, January 20, 2009. My calf hurts now, too much of basketball. Now i cant run as fast as usual and climb that much stairs. But yea today was pretty interesting D. The day started off with me leaving the house 10 mins later than usual, so i decided to take the MRT to dhoby gault. The problem is, when i reach the stairs to the MRT, i would strap my bag behind my back, and sprint ALL the way to MRT. and when i reached dhoby gault, i would sprint all the way to the bus stop. Good exercise! I shall no.
