The fall is sort of a party drought season for me. birthdays in our family are in may, june, and november. so by august i was itching to throw a party. plus, my sister and her kids were in town from florida and it was almost time to head back to school. so a back-to-school party it was. Then it was time for lunch.

Tuesday, August 10, 2010. First Day of School. Today was Ellie and Ashlyns first day of school. Its hard to believe that Ashlyn is in Kindergarten and Ellie in 2nd grade. They were both very excited to start school, especially Ashlyn. They planned out their outfits yesterday and wanted to make sure they matched. Im anxious to hear about how it went! Wednesday, October 6, 2010. Okay so I have been very busy and actually kinda forgot about this blog. So On May 3rd our wonderful son Niklas. William was born and we were so blessed to be able to be at the hospital and care for him there until he was released on May 6. He is a very healthy 5 month old now and we are excited to be in the final stretch of the adoption! Just a couple months and he will be officially ours! Wednesday, April 14, 2010. Sunday we went to Disneyland. It was very cool and none of us even knew it was there! We got to walk through her castle. We also went on Soaring over California- we were on hang gliders flying over all of California. It was awesome- to quote all the kids.
