This is a blog for my daughter Scarlett. She was born with a complex congenital heart defect known as Tetralogy of Fallot with Pulmonary Atresia. She is my little hero. Tuesday, May 3, 2011. Tonight I am appreciating life a little more. I am a little more thankful. I am a little more mindful of the blessings in my life. There was a large turnout.
Sunday, March 27, 2011. Things are going well! Time has gone by so quickly. Addi seems to be changing every day! We are working on trying to get her to use her hand crutches, but she seems to do things at her pace on her time table! God is teaching me patience. She wants to help do everything so consequently everything seems to take a little bit longer to finish that it used to, but I am loving the help! She repeats everything and cracks us up with new phrases! She has been hanging around her Nana Donna! .

School started today and the kids had a great time. We woke up nice and early. Addie was super excited to start kindergarten. We got dressed and took lots of pictures! She was all smiles and ready!
