Tuesday, 29 December 2009. Ugly Mugs sought in Irvine mugging. Two ugly muggers are being sought by police following the mugging of a man on a bus in Irvine. They sound very distinctive so hopefully people may know them. At around 8pm on 19 December on a No.11 bus I Irvine, Ayrshire a 21 year old man was on his way to visit his girlfriend when two men approached him and demanded money for a bottle of wine.
