Sunday, November 29, 2009. We awoke this morning to snow! We hadnt watched the weather, so it was a happy surprise for all of us. It was a really nice snow too. Usually in Amarillo the wind is blowing so the snow comes at you sideways. And usually the snow wont pack for snowballs and snowmen. But today there were nice big wet flakes that packed together really well. And some of the time the flakes actually fell straight down. Apparently this tree mistakenly thought it was still fall.
