I was 270 pounds. Now Im a 200-pound, back-of-the-pack triathlete and loving it. But I have a dream that is going to require much more discipline to achieve Ironman. This is my story. Tuesday, February 17, 2009. Tough workouts, difficult food choices. Weight today 198.4. Today my stomach felt like a bottomless pit. Its felt way ever since yesterday, when I worked out all day with friends. Dont get me wrong, the workouts were a blast! Then it started to get tough. Then we hit the pool for some laps.

Monday, March 24, 2014. Why the heck did we decide to pull our two boys from school this year and begin homeschooling them? Bottom line. we love and adore our children.
