Friday, November 3, 2017. How Bipolar Hypomania effects me. Recently a friend asks me what mania was like for me? So I though I would attempt to answer via this post. Just to clarify, I have Bipolar Disorder and have was diagnosed with Bipolar 2, so technically, I have only experienced hypomania. That can change, as I did used to only have Cyclothymia the lesser form of Bipolar, usually not requiring medication it got way worse in my 40s. I now need to take regular medication. I am currently in the midd.
