Sunday, May 08, 2011. An Caladh, Annach Mor, Scotland - hidden secret. When we decided to find a self catering accomodation in Scotland, we had to look for something that looked good and felt good. We finally decided on An Caladh, Annach Mor Road, in Rosneath Peninsula, which was a 4 star rated accomodation. We enjoyed the stay with beautiful views, overlooking the Gare Loch and sun shining both sides. Loch Lomond visit seemed a little bit bore when compared to this. We loved the Acquarium though.

West Lafayette has winters which are considerably colder than what I would consider comfortable and the first one that I have been in is almost coming to a close. Two weeks back there was a brief spell of warm weather which was when the trees which were brown and bare for the last four months started turning green again. Neglecting the slightly below average temperatures that followed, I would consider that the start of spring.
