Thursday, June 29, 2006. I was introduced to dropbacks this morning and Oh my God! How amazing are they! Up to today I was doing 3 or 4 rounds of 5-8 breaths each of standard Urdhva Dhanurasana. My teacher asked when was I going to try dropbacks, so I said how bout now, so we did.
