Friday, April 20, 2012. TODAY I am starting Day 1 of my cleanse. I decided to do this to help me feel fresh and good again! Haha, yes this sounds hilarious. I am also doing this cleanse to help me with a diet afterward. I have done it in the past and it has helped me a lot with self control of what I eat and not overeating. I am posting about it so that I will stick to it! Its the Lemon cleanse.
