Sunday, July 29, 2012. We decided to spend the rest of our day at Navy Pier just along side of Lake Michigan. Beautiful views of the Chicago skyline! Jackson and Sophia on the swings! We had some veggies that needed to be eaten so I decided to make some soup. It just needs a name. 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded. 3-4 ears of fresh corn. 4 cups of chicken broth. 1 tsp red pepper flakes. 1 Yes, I know.
