Monday, 7 March 2011. So after playing around with the design, and adding to the background of the piece, i decided that this outcome was far more eye catching than the other two. The font decreases in size bringing the attention to the top of the type and leading it down to the bottom. In task 2 we are to create a poster for GF Smith paper and design distributors, a 100th year anniversary that celebrates the theme of 100 and paper. we were given tutorials that really helped. these were in both grid structure and layout and photography, both of which were and still remain extremely useful tools. it really helps to have knowledge on the subjects. This was the kind of thing i was after, the way i was going to do it was by photographing step by step every move i mad.

Monday, 25 April 2011. My idea at the start has been changed and developed at lot for instance, my final animation does not resemble my first story board that much. However I am pleased with my final outcome and think it is an improvement from my original storyboard idea. 20-26 seconds of my final animation. 10-20 seconds of final animation. The next 3 seconds get a lot mo.

This is my final 3D form! I think it responds well to the brief as it involves repetition and it reflects my research. Using the 12 separate pieces attached using double sided tape, I sewed thread around the bottom pieces to connect them as it was very unstable, the tape kept un-sticking and falling out of shape etc. Also attached some thread to some of the points at the top to create a hanging, kind of like a chandelier. I feel that this font is professional and clean enough to represent GF Smith paper and is something they may use them selfs. This tradition and Innovation con. I think i may .
